Korean beef barbecue (bul go gi)

1 lb beef, sliced as thinly as possible2 Tbs reduce sodium soy sauce1 Tbs honey1 Tbs sesame oil2 kiwis, peeled and chopped seeds scooped out1/2 cup chopped green onions
Combine all ingredients and let marinate about 24 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. This is best on the grill but can also be drained and cooked in a pan (no need to add oil, meat will braise in the marinade as it is released).
The kiwi is added to tenderize the meat. If you prefer, you can use another ingredient to tenderize, such as onion.
