Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Imperial Stick Margarine 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 1/2 cup Sweetener, Swerve Granular1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement1 large egg 1 1/4 cup Flour, white 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Soften margarine, then cream with peanut butter and swerve sweeteners. Stir in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until well blended.(Dough may be soft; if so refrigerate until stiff enough to handle.)

Preheat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with foil. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten with a fork (dip in Swerve confectioners sugar or flour to prevent sticking). Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
