2 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Milk, nonfat 0.13 cup Flour, white 0.25 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 4 serving margarine ( 2 Tbs)
Melt margarine in a double boiler over boiling water. Blend in flour. Add milk . Cook. Stirring constantly until thickened. stir in grated cheese, Worcestershire,or nutmeg, or hot sauce, divide evenly.
