BLT Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. uncooked whole wheat pasta1 small bunch of green onions, finely chopped (about 8 onions)2 1/2 med. size tomatoes2 c. celery, pulsed in food prcessor1 1/4 c. light mayonaise 5 tsp. white vinegar1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbledsaltpepperonion powdergarlic powder
Directions
Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water.
In large bowl, combine pasta, green onion, tomato and celery.
In small bowl, combine mayo, vinegar.
Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Add in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, add bacon.
