2 cup Broccoli & Cauliflower Mixed Frozen-Jewel Brand Winter Mixed Veggies 1 small Onions, raw chopped 3/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/3 cup Sour Cream
In large bowl add cauliflower, onion, cheddar and sour creep pepper and salt. Stir to combine. Divide between the ramekins; cover each with foil.
Bake until cauliflower is tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake until lightly browned in spots. 5 to 10 minutes more.
Serving Size: Divide equally between 4 ramekins
