Ingredients
13 serving Tomato puree 13 serving canned crushed tomatos 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning - McCormick (by JCO0715)
Directions
saute shallots in EVOO, when translucent, add garlic till fragrant about 1 minute, add both 28-ounce cans of tomatoes, stir, add seasoning. simmer for about 30-40 minutes.
