easy shimp fried rice

Ingredients
1 cup dry brown rice3 large eggs16 oz. cooked shrimp.75 cup waterchestnuts2 T. soy sauce
Directions
Boil rice for 10 minutes, Drain approx 1/2 the excess water.
While boiling, cut shrimp and water chestnuts in small pieces, and set aside
partially cook 3 scrambled eggs
add all in large skillet and cook over med heat for approx 10 minutes, or until done to taste.
Makes 6 1/2Cup servings
