Way too much sodium. I made this recipe but reduced the seasonings to 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tasted pretty good with this reduction. - 3/28/17

7353 mg sodium in ONE SERVING?? That's over THREE TIMES the DAILY allowance in one serving of one meal. I know we're not supposed to be perfect here, but GEEZ! - 11/2/10

Seriously? 1 TBS of salt???? This must be a mistake. I made this with 1/2 tsp. of salt and that was plenty salty. Can't imagine this with 1 TBS. of salt...yikes! - 6/26/10

this was excellent. the crunch is great, the chicken really tender. it just needs more seasoning and it will be perfect. - 1/25/10

It sounds great. I'm hoping to pull this on a finicky husband as a healthy alternative to the fried stuff! - 11/30/08

This is like the Rachel Ray recipe. I used chicken tenders and added poultry seasoning, paprika, and a touch of honey. Very good. - 4/15/08

This was very good. I didn't have bread crumbs or corn flakes so I used corn chex. I was quite surprised to see the sodium unless this was a misprint. Please respond if it was correct. If so, I will not make again. homewithedna@sbcglobal.net. - 2/2/08

This is the same as my recipe, but I skip the butter flavor and add some soy sauce. - 1/31/08

Tasted pretty salty. I was able to do 1 pound of chicken in the ingredients not just one breast. - 5/14/07
