Ingredients
350 serving meat mince lean (by JAKADAM) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1.5 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .3 serving (150ml) Semi Skimmed Milk 4 1tsp Canola Oil .5 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g)
Directions
Mix all ingredients by hand, season with salt and pepper, form 8 balls flatten slightly and fry in a pan.
