2 Cans Campbells Fajita Chicken Soup1 Can Bushes Black Beans1 Cup Quick cooking Barley4 Cups Chicken Stock (can use Veg Broth) Optional:shredded cheesesliced avocadotortilla chips
Pour both cans of soup in a 4 quart pan.
Add the black beans, barley and broth.
Put lid on the pan and let cook on medium to high
heat for 15-25 minutes.
It is done when the Barley is tender.
I serve with cheese, sliced avocado and tortilla
chips.
