1.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.4 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, sliced Mangos1.0 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar1.5 cup Flour, white
Mix all ingredients in a blender or mix properly in a bowl using a whisk. Allow to cool in the fridge for 2-48hrs.
Grease a pan with oil or oil spray. Pour in a little of the batter, quickly swirl the pan gently to so the batter spreads evenly.
Cook till surface is firm then flip to other side and cook till slightly brown.
Serve with honey and fruits.
