10 spinach leafs1 roamine lettuce leaf1 broccoli stalk2 slices of yellow squash2 tbs of green pepper1 green onion or scallion1tbs of sliced almonds1/4 cup of mexican cheese or any you like2 tbs of any ceaser dressing you likei chop everything up small. you could also add chicken

chop everything up small put in a bowl ad 2 tbs of dressing and mix.
