Lower Fat Angel Biscuits

4 cups flour.25 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tbs yeast.5 cup canola oil.5 cup milk1 tsp white vinegar.25 cup water
Pre-heat oven to 415 degrees. In small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. In another bowl mix millk and vinegar and set aside. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add oil, mix until crumbly with pastry cutter. Add yeast/water mixture and milk/vinegar mixture. Mix but do not over mix! Press out on floured surface and cut into 2 inch buscuits. Place in lightly sprayed baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
