4 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 4 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 cup Chinese eggplant sliced in rounds1/2 cup Italian Five Cheese Blend (1/4 cup) 8 wrappers Nasoya Wonton Wrappers serving size 3 (20g)
Saute meat and onions in a skillet until onions translucent. Add rosemary and oregano and salt and pepper. Grease a small multi-loaf baking pan and line with one wonton wrapper. Add a layer of meat sauce then a layer of eggplant do this twice when finished top with cheese.
Bake in a 350F over for 15- 20 minutes.
