Flossie's Fried Rice (1/2 cup serving)

Ingredients
2 cup Minute Rice2 cup water 2 tbsp chicken soup base 2 eggs1 onion1 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Directions
Add 1 tbls oil to frying pan. Brown diced onion. Add eggs & fry. Add boiled water, rice and chicken soup base to mixture. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir with fork. Add soya sauce.
