1.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup Soy Milk0.5 oz Walnuts
Directions
Turn oven onto 350°; mash banana; add everything; mix well; pour into a greased ramekin; bake for 25 minutes.
