Roasted Vegetable Medley with Sausage

1 medium zucchini, quarted than slliced 1 red onion cut into rings1 bell pepper cut into strips8 ounces fresh mushrooms halved1 package Aidells Chicken Apple Sausage sliced2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tb. dried basil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet/sheet pan with parchment paper. Cut u[ all the vegetables and sausage and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and toss to coat. Add basil and salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture on sheet pan . Place in oven and roast for 20 minutes.
