1 egg white1 whole wheat english muffin1 slice low fat cheddar cheese1 slice "meatless" bacon
Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. My preference is to let the egg cook as a layer so that it will stay in the english muffin. However, you may, scramble the egg white.
While the egg is cooking, heat the slice of meatless "bacon" in the microwave according to the package directions.
Once finished, create your sandwich using the toasted muffin, bacon, cheese, and egg.
