Spinello Stuffed Mushrooms with cheese kale and spinach

Ingredients
15 mushroom Mushrooms, cooked 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Marketside baby kale and spinach 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.35 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 0.35 cup Low fat cream cheese
Directions
Clean large mushrooms and remove stems. Place on baking sheet. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Don’t allow to brown. Add kale and spinach blend and sauté until very soft but not over cooked. Should still be bright green. Set aside. When cool, chop veggies very fine. Meanwhile add remaining ingredients to small bowl and blend with fork or spoon until well combined. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serving Size: Use large stuffing mushrooms 15-16
