2 serving Large eggs 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.2 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sautéed onions and spinach in olive oil. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper. Place eggs over sautéed veggies and flip cooked side. Add Parmesan cheese and fold over in pan.
