1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw16.0 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread8.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)2.0 tbsp Milk, 3.25%4.0 tbsp gluten-free flour1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 tsp Salt1.0 cup, chopped Pecans
Mix wet ingredients, add sugar, then mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a separate bowl. Then add mixture to wet ingredients, store in nuts, spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F.
