Rice Salad

Ingredients
4 cup Basmati Rice, Mahatma, cooked 1 bell pepper⅓ cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Parsley 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook rice, let cool.
Chop veggies to desidred size.
Mix together with cooled rice.

Add vinegrette, salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1 cup servings
