Sesame Green Beans with Pork

1 lb Green Beans (snap) 1/4 cup, chopped onions, raw 1 medium zucchini cut into bite-size chunks2 tbsp lard 1 tbsp butter, salted 1 tsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium) 1/8 tsp Janes crazy mixed up salt (by NHHOLLY1)1/8 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (more or less to taste3 oz pork 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Heat lard in a wok until quite hot, add thinly sliced pork and cook until done. Remove pork and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Add beans to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes, till heated through. Add onion and zucchini, continue stirring until onions are slightly translucent. Add the cooked pork, butter, soy sauce and seasonings, stir to coat beans evenly until butter is melted. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate to remove the excess lard, blot with a paper towel and serve.
