Ingredients
5 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 2 tbsp Butter, salted 16 oz Ground beef 8 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia 30 grams Tomato Paste 15 grams Yellow Mustard .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 6 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Chop bacon in to small pieces. Heat Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add bacon. Stir till brown and crispy about 5-8 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towe. Melt butter in pan. Add ground beef. Brown beef. Stir in cream cheese, tomato paste, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper until smooth. Pour in beef broth and cream and bring to a low simmer. Stir in cheese and let simmer 5-7. Minutes until fully heated and melted smooth. Add bacon back into pan and let cool for 5-20 minutes to thicken before serving.
