Whole30 Chipolte Sausage Bacon Egg and Veggie Breakfast

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 ounces Sausage, Gabes spicy breakfast ground sausage 1 serving Bacon - NO SUGAR Gabes.5 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt .5 medium Zucchini, baby - Sliced & halved.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .66 serving chipotle in adobo sauce (2peppers in sauce) chopped1 Tbsp chopped onion if desired
Directions
Crumble sausage pattie and cut bacon. Saute` for a couple minutes. Add sliced zucchini and chopped onions. While that cooks, microwave sweet potato. Cut into cubes or whatever. Chop chipotle peppers and mix with eggs. Add sweet potato & oil. Mix & continue to cook until zuc is tender. Add eggs. Cook completely cut in half.
