Ingredients
2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2/3 cup Honey 2 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal 1 cup Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 1 cup Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cream peanut butter and honey, add vanilla. In separate bowl combine oats and flax. Add to peanut butter mixture. Mix until well combined; stir in mini choc chips until well combined. Refidgerate 1 hour. form into bite size balls. Store in air tight container up to 2 weeks. Makes 24 servings.
