green beans and new potatoes

Ingredients
8 new potatoes6 slices baconsmall onion4 cups green bean1/4 cup sugar1.5 Tblsp. vinegar1/4 cup butterpepper to taste
Directions
new potatoes cubed, boiled until tender in salted water. set aside.
saute 6 slices of bacon and onion...do not drain.
set aside.
cook 4 cups fresh green beans until tender. After all ingredients cooked, combine 1/4 cup sugar with potatoes. then add 1.5 Tblsp. vinegar to the beans. Now mix all ingredients together including pepper to taste and 1/4 cup butter. Let simmer on stove for few minutes together and serve. Makes 8 servings
