CrockPot Chicken Taco Meat

4 chicken breasts (about 8 ounces each) - I used frozen - but thawed is fine also.1 can black beans, rinsed1 can stewed tomatoes1 can green chili's1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup (or two packets) taco seasonings
Place all ingredients except taco seasoning into the crockpot. Turn the crockpot to low and cook for 7 hours. Shred the chicken breasts and add the taco seasoning with 1/2 to 1 cup water (don't want it to be too soupy). cook 1 hour longer to meld the flavors. Serve on taco shells with your favorite toppings.
