Ingredients
1 English cucumber1/3 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce), optional but included in calories20 oz Surimi (imitation crab legs)
Directions
Julienne both surimi and cucumber Toss with Mayo, sriracha (if using), cider vinegar and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Optional garnish can include furikake, sesame seeds, or wrapping with nori.
