1/3 cup Morning Star Viggie Crumbles1/4 cup Eqq Starts, Kirkland1 Tortilla, Mission Flour soft taco size1 serving of Pace Picante Sauce1 Slice of Weight Watchers American Cheese
This makes 1 sof taco sized breakfast taco.
In small skillet add 1/3 cup veggie crumbles and lightly brown.
Add 1/4cup Egg Starts by Kirkland and scramble with veggie crumbles.
Add about a tsp of Picante Sauce in the skillet and mix.
Put 1 tortilla in microwave for about 5 seconds enough to get it semi warm.
Divide your cheese in half and place down center of tortilla. Add your skillet mixture on top of your cheese in center of tortilla and roll it up and eat it!
