1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal0.33 Tbsp Crystal's Own Raw Orange Blossom Honey 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.15 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal 0.33 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed 0.11 serving TJ's Raw Shelled Hemp Hearts - 3 TBS 0.5 cup Nature's Promise Organic Soymilk Unsweetened
1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or any resealable container and mix well.
2. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. It can be reheated or eaten as is from the refrigerator.
