Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients
1lb. Chicken - Boneless skinless breast, sliced in strips1/2 green pepper, in strips 1/2 red pepper, in strips1/2 orange pepper, in strips 1/2 yellow pepper, in strips 1 small onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, chopped3 tbsp oil1 1/4 cups chicken stock 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp dark sesame oil 2 tbsp corn starch 3 tbsp water
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat, and cook garlic and chicken strips until chicken is cooked. Add onions and peppers, cook until tender. Whisk together stock, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil, add to pan and bring to boil. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to pan...boil and stir for 1 minute.
