4 serving Applegate Farms Organic Uncured Sunday Bacon (2 sl.) 4 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 3 serving Egg white, large
Cook bacon, while that’s cooking Shred sweet potato, dice mushrooms add to bowl with cooked bacon broken up or cut depending on how well cooked. Crack 3 eggs over ingredients and mix well. This makes 5 large patties, I eat for breakfast.
