4 serving Applegate Farms Organic Uncured Sunday Bacon (2 sl.) 4 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 3 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Cook bacon, while that’s cooking Shred sweet potato, dice mushrooms add to bowl with cooked bacon broken up or cut depending on how well cooked. Crack 3 eggs over ingredients and mix well. This makes 5 large patties, I eat for breakfast. Serving Size: Makes 5 large ‘baseball’ size patties
