Homemade Burger Buns

Ingredients
4 cup King Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (by RASPBERRYPIE) 1.25 cup Milk, 1% Lowfat Milk, Festival Foods 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Salt 9 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix the yeast with 1/4 cup warm water and set aside to proof.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, turn out onto a floured work surface and knead for a few minutes. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
Break into 8 pieces (or 12 pieces for dinner rolls) and shape to your liking. Let sit on prepared cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes (10 to 15 minutes if you are making smaller rolls), until browned.
(Note that nutrition info is for 8 burger buns, not for 12 dinner rolls)
Note: If you make this in a Kitchen Aid, using the dough hook, you can skip the kneading.
