Ingredients
5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 125 mL Red Wine 2 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
core and cut up apples into small pieces. put all ingredients into a food processer with S-blade. Grind together until a thick paste (resembling mortar) is made.
