Whole30 Immersion blender Mayo Avocado oil

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (room temperature)1 Cup Avocado Oil 1 tbsp Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother) 1.5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice 1 tbsp Lemon juice Pinch of salt
Directions
In a slightly narrow container large enough to fit the top of immersion blender, add egg. Add mustard, lemon juice, vinegar & salt. Then gently add oil. Place immersion blender all the way to the bottom of jar. Without lifting or moving, blend the ingredients. Once the egg & oil emulsify, slowly lift and lower to finish mixing completely and until desired thickness.
