16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 16 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup 6 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.5 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Salt
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine beef, onion and peppers. Cool until browned, drain. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and season with Clive and salt. Simmer 30 min.
