1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1.3 cup Great Value Lactose Free Fat Free Milk .667 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Mix ingredients the night before eating, mix well, add cinnamon if you like, add fruit of choice as you like;
