Ingredients
32 oz Ground beef, lean 6 leek Leeks, roughly chopped (about 1-inch pieces)400 gram(s) cheese Velveta 2% (schmeltzkaese)1 cup Light Whipping Cream 6 tsp Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon2 liter/quarts water
Directions
Brown beef. Add bouillon, leeks, water, and mushrooms (optional). Simmer until leeks are cooked. Stir in cheese, stirring briskly to help distribute the cheese while it melts. Add cream and heat through.
