5 oz whole wheat pasta1 c shredded carrots1 c chopped and seeded red/green peppers1 c. bean sprouts1 c chopped cherry tomatos1/4 cup crumbled feta1/4 c sliced green olives2 marinated artichoke hearts2 tbs lemon juice4 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 dashes of tabasco
Directions
Boil pasta, chop veggies and toss all ingredients into large salad bowl.
