29 oz Chicken thighs boneless skinless 1 cup Paleo Powder Seasoned Coating Mix Almond Flax Salt Free 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 serving Himalayan Pink Salt - Trader Joe's 1/8 tsp 1 serving Egg (Incredible Egg.org - 1 large egg)
Directions
Coat each thigh in egg whisked, then bread with breading, top w salt and drizzle w olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-24 min or until temp is 165 inside each piece.
