Pasta Dinner - Vegan

Ingredients
8 ounces Barilla - Chickpea Rotini Pasta (or 8 oz box any pasta)1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Avocado Oil or Olive oil1 14.5-oz Can petite diced Tomatoes 1/2 cup prepared Salsa (from a jar - not fresh)4 teaspoons Chili powder 1 10-oz box frozen corn (2-1/2 cups)1 15-oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion in oil until soft. Cook Pasta in salted water according to package directions. If desired, blend the canned tomatoes and salsa to make a kind of sauce, or leave as is (sometimes kids won't eat tomato pieces!). Mix together the cooked pasta, sauted onions, and all the remaining ingredients. Heat briefly until heated through.
