Pork and Leek Stew

Ingredients
32 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 2 leek Leeks 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 clove Garlic 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 16 fl oz Red Wine or strong black tea. (Nutrients measured with wine)2 tsp paprika1 tsp marjoram1 tsp pepper
Directions
chop pork, remove visible fat. Chop all veg. Layer on bottom of slow-cooker, put pork on top. Add liquids. You can use strong black tea instead of wine if you choose. Add seasoning. Cook on low 6-10 hours, or on high 4-6 hours. I'm low sodium, so add it to taste when I serve it.
