Homemade Low Fat Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 TBSP milk2 tsp vinegar1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal ground in the blender.5 cup Flour, white .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 TBSP packed Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mash banana and combine with applesauce. add 2 Tbsp milk. Combine dry ingredients.
Mix together.
Divide into 8 muffin cups and bake at 350.
