Blue Cheese Dressing with Yogurt and Buttermilk

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat buttermilk1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt (this uses full-fat Fage)1/2 cup regular mayonnaise2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar (or white wine vinegar)1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)4 ounces crumbled blue or Roquefort cheese (from wedge)
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients and allow at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend.
