2.0 serving ascent native fuel choc protein120 powder whey16.0 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder1.0 serving Pancake Syrup, Walden Farms - 1/4 cup1.0 tbsp trader joe s dark 72% chocolate chips0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
Mix 1.5 cups oatmeal, 1/4 cup walden farms pancake syrup, and two scoops of protein powder. Next, in a separate bowl slowly add the water into the pbfit powder until peanut butter consistency. You may need a little less than 1/2 cup water. Add the pbfit to the oatmeal mixture until well combined. Form the energy balls by hand or by using an ice cream or melon scooper and place on a tray. Let them set in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
Serving Size: 18 bites. Formed with a melon scoop, 6 with an ice cream scoop
