3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 oz Beyond Meat - The Beyond Burger 1 cup Peas, frozen 450 grams Potato, raw 50 grams Cilantro, raw .15 cup Corn Starch 2.3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 4 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 tbsp Curry powder 2 tsp salt, (one in the filling, one in the pastry)1 egg beaten
saute onions, beyond burger, salt, spices, for 10 minutes, add potatos, steam 15 minutes, add peas, cornstarch in .25 cups water, and cilantro, cook 2 more minute on low heat. cool. In the meantime make a hot water pastry with the shortenin in 2/3 cups boiling water mixing into flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Roll out in two parts, 1 with 2/3 the dough for the bottom, one for the top from 1/3 the dough. Put bottom dough in an 8 inch springform, fill, add the top. Bake at 400 for 1 hour
