16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1.00 cup slices Okra
Cut chicken breast into .50 inch cubes or slices
season with salt and pepper
add oil to a deep frying pan and let it warm up on medium heat
add chicken to hot oil and cook covered for about three minutes each side
add the rest of the ingredient and a half cup of water and cooked covered on low heat for about 5 minutes or until desired textured for okra
