Ingredients
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 0.25 cup Maple Syrup, Pure All Natural Maple Grove Farms 4 tbsp Sherry Vinegar 2 oz Dill Pickle (Vlastic Dill Pickle Whole) 6 oz red onion1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 large chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 cups any beans drained - I use half kidney half canellini
Directions
Rinse beans, chop veggies, toss all with a blend of syrup and vinegar (add Tbsp of Dijon mustard for more flavor).
