Berry Smoothie - frozen packet

Ingredients
3 Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened1/4 extra small banana 1/4 cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened1/4 cup, chopped Kale1/4 cup chopped Spinach, frozen1/4 cup Raspberries, frozen
Directions
Put all fruit ingredients in a blender and add 1 1/2 cups liquid of your choice. My favorite is Vanilla Almond Milk with a touch of honey (60 calories a cup). You can use milk, apple juice or water with a packet of sweetner. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Note: I froze the chopped up kale and the bananas cut up in pieces ahead of time.
